Data deletion
Last updated 10 October 2026
Remove a connected social account
In Wammier, open Settings, then Channels, and choose Disconnect next to the account. Wammier deletes that account's access token immediately and stops publishing to it.
You can also remove Wammier from the network itself, for example in Facebook under Settings and privacy, then Business integrations, or in Instagram under Settings, then Website permissions. When a network tells us access was removed, we delete the access token.
If you also ask Facebook to delete your data, Facebook gives you a confirmation code and a link to a Wammier page that shows the status of your request. Wammier deletes the access tokens and your Facebook user id at once and stops posting to the Pages and Instagram accounts you connected. If you were choosing Pages to connect in the last 15 minutes, that list is kept encrypted and deletes itself within 15 minutes.
Delete your whole account and data
Email admin@wammier.com from the email address on your Wammier account with the subject "Delete my account". If you own a workspace, say whether the whole workspace should be deleted.
We confirm the request by email and delete your data within 30 days, including:
- your profile and login details,
- access tokens and profile information from connected social accounts,
- posts, uploaded media and post results stored in Wammier.
We keep only what the law requires, such as payment records. Posts already published on a social network stay there; delete them on that network if you want them removed.
