Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between your business and Linusite, which operates Wammier. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.
Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password safe.
- The workspace owner is responsible for the people they invite and what they do in Wammier.
Acceptable use
- You may only connect social accounts you are allowed to manage.
- You must follow the rules of each social network you publish to.
- You must not use Wammier for spam, deception, illegal content, or content that infringes other people's rights.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk.
Your content
You own the content you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to provide Wammier to you, for example to send a scheduled post to the networks you chose.
Plans and payment
- New workspaces get a 14-day trial of the Growth plan. After it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.
- Paid plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, in advance.
- If a payment is missed, you have 7 days to pay before the workspace moves to Free plan limits. Nothing is deleted.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time; it applies from the next billing period.
Social networks
Wammier depends on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. They can change or limit their services at any time, which can affect what Wammier can do. We are not responsible for the networks' decisions about your accounts or content.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Wammier running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Wammier and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Namibia.
