Privacy Policy

Wammier is a social media management platform operated by Linusite ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when a business uses Wammier, why, and the choices you have. Contact us at admin@wammier.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Workspace details: your business name, time zone and the people you invite.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X or LinkedIn, we receive an access token from that network and basic profile information for the pages or accounts you choose, such as name, profile picture and account ID.
- Content you create: post text, images and videos you upload, and when you schedule them.
- Post results: reach, likes, comments, shares, views and similar numbers for posts published through Wammier.
- Billing records: plan, payments and receipts. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by Wammier.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and security logs used to keep accounts safe.
How we use it
- To publish and schedule posts to the accounts you connect, only when you or your team ask us to.
- To show you how your posts performed.
- To run your account, send service emails such as sign-up codes, invitations and receipts, and provide support.
- To protect Wammier and its users from fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not use data from connected social accounts for advertising or to build profiles of people.
Data from social networks
Access tokens are stored encrypted. We only request the permissions needed to publish your posts and read their results. Use of data received from Meta, TikTok, X and LinkedIn follows each network's developer terms. You can disconnect a channel at any time in Settings, which deletes its access token from Wammier immediately, and you can also remove Wammier's access from the network's own settings. When you connect Facebook or Instagram, we also store your Facebook user id for this app, so we can delete your tokens when you remove Wammier on Facebook.
Who we share it with
- The social networks you choose to publish to, which receive the content you send them.
- Service providers that help us run Wammier: hosting, email delivery, payment processing and AI writing assistance (only the text you ask it to improve).
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. Post history is kept according to your plan. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Your choices
- Update your name and password in Settings.
- Disconnect any social account at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your data or for deletion: see Data deletion.
Cookies
Wammier uses only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers the preview password while Wammier is not yet public. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
Passwords are hashed, access tokens are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and access inside our team is limited to people who need it to run the service.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell workspace owners by email before the change takes effect.
